cornball - idaho style

my pal chris and I headed to nevada to an annual campout referred to as 'cornball' (due to the name of the valley, cornwall). this turned out to be an epic adventure. first, we didn't know we were going all the way to nevada. second, the drive took so long, we didn't arrive until dark. third, one of the camper's cars broke down 2+ miles from camp, so we hiked in under moonlight, and borrow bits of gear to settle in for the night. eventually we got our gear, & were able to join on the yoga, music, shooting, riding, hooping, and standing on 5-gallon buckets. you know, same ol' same ol...

owyhees

first camping trip of the year with my friend john, from the dharma center. we watched a group of high school kids cliff-jumping. one almost drowned, and was saved by his buddy, while the others paid no attention. it was surreal.
